About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Large Format Digital Print Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating EFI VUTEK printers and a strong understanding of large-format print workflows, color management, and finishing processes. You'll play a key role in producing high-quality graphics for signage, retail displays, event environments, and other wide-format applications.

Key Responsibilities

• MUST have experience Operating and maintaining VUTEK large format printers, ensuring optimal performance and print quality.
• Prepare, RIP, and manage print files using industry-standard software (e.g., Onyx, Fiery, Caldera).
• Inspect finished prints for accuracy, color consistency, and defects.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on printing equipment.
• Manage materials such as roll media, rigid substrates, and inks.
• Collaborate with production staff to meet deadlines and maintain efficient workflow.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in large-format digital printing.
• Required: Hands-on experience operating EFI VUTEK printers (please specify models worked with).
• Strong understanding of color profiles, print calibration, and RIP software.
• Ability to troubleshoot print, software, and hardware issues.
• Comfortable working with a variety of substrates (vinyl, banner, rigid boards, fabric, etc.).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle large/heavy materials when needed.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to producing high-quality work.
